Basic rules
Item(s) can be returned and exchanged for a similar item if:
1) Your item appears to be damaged or defective on arrival (Fashionpunk.com
should be notified immediately via email)
2) A wrong item size has been shipped (shipping charges covered by Fashionpunk.com.)
3) A wrong item has been shipped (shipping charges covered by Fashionpunk.com.)
* Item(s) should not be warn or washed in order to be eligible for a
return/exchange (all 3 cases above apply.)
Special Cases
Returning an item for a refund requires that
you do not wash or wear a particular item. All shipping charges must
be covered by a buyer. Fashionpunk.com
will not refund original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will
apply.
All returns must be made within one week if
you are a Domestic customer and two weeks if
you are an International customer. Fashionpunk.com
has be notified via email
(please include your name, item name or id, and transaction id).
*Please do not ship items if your return/exchange has not been approved
by Fashionpunk.com via email. Unapproved
returns will not be processed.
*Refunds by Fashionpunk.com will
be made within 1 - 2 weeks.
